Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by WJJ Consulting (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide consulting services as outlined in our communications, proposals, or service agreements. All services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care and skill.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to perform services
• Communicate clearly and respond to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe
• Pay agreed fees according to invoicing terms

3. Payment Terms

Fees, payment methods, and schedules will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within [e.g., 7 or 14] days
• Late payments may be subject to interest or service delays
• All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least [e.g., 24 or 48 hours] notice. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without written consent, unless legally required. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, materials, or tools provided by WJJ Consulting.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials, reports, and resources created by WJJ Consulting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use them for internal purposes only and may not distribute or replicate them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are intended to support your personal or business goals, but results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on our advice or materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WJJ Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if mutual trust is compromised. Clients may also terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
